Every piece is printed and hand-finished one at a time in Detroit. Most orders ship within 5 business days. Larger pieces can take longer; we email you when your order ships.
Email a photo to hello@holdable.ai within 14 days of delivery and we reprint it free or refund you. Misprints are on us.
Every piece is custom-made, so we cannot resell returns. If something is wrong with your order, we make it right with a reprint or refund instead.
Even light, plain background, and a full walk around the object give the best results. The scan flow in the app guides you through each angle.
When someone orders a print of a scan you published, you earn 15% of the sale as Holdable store credit, applied automatically to your account when the order ships. Credit can cover up to half of any future order.
